A) Waste water pump in the gulley area – improper construction required a new pump and installation of a riser.
B) Power washed the exterior of all buildings and car ports.
C) Cleaned all the windows.
D) Provided $3,000.00 compensation to each homeowners for internal repairs.
E) The remaining $310,000.00 was put into the Association’s reserve fund.

Needless to say the homeowners are extremely satisfied.”
