“I like Chris Casey and I want to “have his baby” (Sorry, I have teenagers, figure of speech).  Chris puts an emphasis on something that is so commonly overlooked in property management that I think should be a crime.  I have worked in the Seattle market for nearly 25 years as a maintenance tech, then tech team coordinator, then Seattle area project manager doing condo conversions, then a general contractor, then a certified home inspector and now I run maintenance on 1000+ units for a BRE.  Through all my experiences, the one common factor that puts assets at risk is specific items of deferred maintenance which leads to water intrusion which ultimately leads to mold, lawsuits and litigation. PREVENTION = INSPECTIONS! Chris made that very clear and that’s why I think he is a stand up guy.”
